How does the process work?
Accessing our service is simple. We'll guide you step by step:
1. Fill out the Need Questionnaire
We want to understand your project, the opportunity you're applying for, and how Impact Hub can best support you.

2. Evaluation of Relevance and Strategic Fit
We analyze the compatibility between your project, the identified opportunity, and the objectives of Impact Hub Americas Corp. If the fit is positive, we move forward to formalizing our support.
3. Signing of the Funds Channeling Annex
We complete the Fund Channeling Annex and/or, if applicable, create donation buttons. All this under a clear and transparent framework.
4. Issuance of the Fiscal Sponsor Letter of Commitment
Once the preliminary agreement is signed, we will provide you with the Fiscal Sponsorship Commitment Letter, a key document for completing your application for funding or grants in the U.S.
5. Application and Support Process
You apply for a specific opportunity supported by our backing, and if required, we provide additional technical assistance as stipulated in the Fund Channeling Annex.
6. Signing the Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement
If your project is selected and funded, we formalize the Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement, which governs the management of the funds received and the execution of the project.
This way, we ensure that the process is streamlined, secure, and aligned with U.S. legal and tax standards.
